Equity and the next Educational Ecosystem:

The educational ecosystem is at the heart of regional workforce development and economic growth. The pandemic exposed and expanded inequities across the ecosystem and spotlighted the fragmentation between educational institutions and employers. As the tectonic plates of the past century shift and our economic, educational, social and political institutions become more fluid, now is the time to redesign and rebuild an educational ecosystem that centers equity and aligns economic opportunity with educational pursuits. This panel will explore the components of this emergent ecosystem, the challenges and questions that will drive the work over the next decade and beyond.
